1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and KatanaTech ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the katanaTech.io website as well as the Katana IoTwin platform and related Drone Mission Services (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Platform (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. User Representations

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
• You will not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the Platform will not violate any applicable law or regulation, particularly concerning aviation regulations if utilizing Sky Command features for your own drones.

4. Platform Subscriptions & Trials

The Katana IoTwin platform is offered under various tiers, including a Free Trial. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform or subscriptions at any time. The current version of the platform is in a Trial Phase, and subscription requests are logged for priority access upon production release.

5. Drone Mission Services

If you request Drone Mission Services, you agree to grant KatanaTech operators access to the designated properties. While we strive for absolute accuracy, KatanaTech is not liable for interruptions caused by weather, airspace restrictions, or unforeseen technical difficulties. Sub-meter accuracy claims are estimates based on optimal conditions.

6. AI Services (Miyamoto & Musashi)

Our platform utilizes AI, including the Miyamoto digital commander and Musashi sales agent. While we aim for high reliability, AI-generated responses (including Dashboards, PDFs, and chatbot answers) should not be solely relied upon for making critical safety, financial, or operational decisions without human review.
